Great book on the subject. My friend and I were talking about this topic this past Tuesday since we're both into health and fitness. This book was very informational. I really liked the different options that it gives you. I'm excited to give it a try.

I have never thought about this type of fasting to really work. I have this wrong notion that it is subsequent to skipping meals, but after reading this e-book there is a time frame which allows your body to adjust and work accordingly to digest, detoxify and cleanse. The e-book also provided useful information as to what meals or food is recommended to eat during your not-fasting days. This is worth reading especially if you are looking for a diet plan to lose weight. It highly suggests that intermittent fasting is a natural way of losing fat and gaining muscle mass. Definitely worth reading!
