With a degree in education, it was natural for her to combine her love of teaching with her passion for quilting. This handy laminated guide to the starch method of appliqué has all you ever wanted to know and more. A great tool for the beginner and a great reference for the expert.
This book clarified some of the techniques required for an intense project. I learned a lot from this book. I would recommend it.

Learning how to needletur appliqué, very helpful.
Has beautiful quilt and some patterns, but the quilt I wanted didn't have the pattern and when I contacted the author she was not very helpful. I will not buy any more of her books.

This is a well written, thorough book on needle turn appliqué. The author has covered every aspect of the art of needle-turn. I loved the projects she included and the fact there are full sized templates in the back. If ever you contemplated hand applique then I highly recommend this great resource. I love a project book that also serves as an excellent resource!
